Sunvalley Solar Awarded $1.8Million Install Contract

Sunvalley Solar Inc., a leading solar power technology and solar system integration company, announced today that it has signed a 366.6 kW solar installation contract with Best Cheer Stone Inc. in Anaheim, Calif., to provide solar power solutions.

“We are very excited to see the continuously increasing demand for commercial solar energy in the greater Los Angeles area. The increasing demand for Sunvalley Solar in the commercial solar system installation market has lead us to develop new and innovative ways to meet and service that demand in a timely and cost-effective manner. We firmly believe that 2012 will offer even more opportunity for market growth. As of today we have already signed over $6 million of commercial solar installation contracts for implementation in 2012. In addition, we have several large contracts, which we expect will be finalized in the near future. Our forecasted revenue from solar installations for the year 2012 will definitely surpass our success of 2011,” said James Zhang, CEO of Sunvalley Solar.

This 366.6 kW solar power system is comprised of solar panels from Tianwei New Energy and a solar inverter from Advanced Energy Industries. The total contracted value is approximately $1.8 million. The contract is supported by solar incentive rebates from the local utility company and from Federal Tax Cash Grants from the Federal Treasury Department.

The solar system is expected to generate 544,478 kWh of electricity annually.

The installation is planned to start in early 2012.
