RP Construction Services adds Hubbell, HellermannTyton for solar eBOS
RP Construction Services (RP), a leading value-added distributor serving the utility-scale solar industry, announced two new partnerships to provide end-to-end electrical balance-of-system (EBOS) for its solar projects: Hubbell Incorporated (Hubbell) and HellermannTyton.
RP, a Quanta Services company, handles design engineering, warehousing and logistics, pre-assembly, and installation support to provide solar EPCs, developers, and utilities with simple, high-performance solutions. RP is known for its structural balance-of-system solutions for the utility solar market, working with Array Technologies and, more recently, Nextracker.
“Our approach has always been to take the most basic site parameters and turn them into an accurate, fully designed structural package, kitted and delivered to site at the right time for our customers,” said Eben Russell, President of RP.

Demand for electricity in the United States is on the rise, and utilities, ISOs, and large power customers have been vocal about the need for accelerated deployment of new generation facilities to serve increased load from new data centers, manufacturing facilities, and electrification trends.
