Zentric Terminates 1.6-MW Solar Power Purchase Agreement

Zentric Inc. announced today that William Tien, President of Zentric, Inc., and the Vendors of Innovative Solar I LLC and Innovative Solar I, LLC, have mutually agreed to terminate an agreement for Zentric to purchase two separate 800-kW solar power plants in Leicester, N.C.
Zentric is in the final stages of securing project financing that will put the company in a strong position to pursue similar projects from these and other vendors over the next weeks and months.
