Premier Alliance Group to EPC $3.1 Million in Projects
Premier Alliance Group Inc. a professional services company focused on business and technology advisory and consulting services and solutions, today announced that its Energy Division/Greenhouse was chosen by Seaboard Solar LLC of Danbury, Conn., to engineer, procure and construct (EPC) $3.1 million in solar projects.
Premier Alliance has entered into a teaming agreement with Prime Solutions Inc., an energy engineering firm in New Milford, Conn. The primary focus of the partnership is to provide developers with a sole source for design, engineering and construction of large-scale commercial and municipal solar installations nationwide.
“I couldn’t be more pleased with the partnership between Prime Solutions and Premier Alliance,” said William May, CEO of Prime Solutions. “This is the perfect next step in our relationship and is just the precursor of what’s to come.”
“We’re very excited to see these projects coming to fruition,” said Stuart Longman, Owner of Seaboard Solar. “Premier and Prime Solutions are delivering a complete turn-key solution and we look forward to many more developments in the coming months.”
Seaboard Solar has been building and managing commercial solar projects for years. They are one of the oldest and most active solar developers on the East Coast.
“These kinds of large-scale energy projects were a critical factor in our decision to acquire GreenHouse,” commented Mark Elliott, CEO of Premier Alliance. “Only together are we capable of delivering on these kinds of efforts and I couldn’t be happier that it’s happening so soon after the acquisition was complete.”
