DPW Solar Introduces New Mounting System
DPW Solar announces the new POWER-FAB CRS-G2 mounting system, engineered for commercial flat roof PV Solar installations. This next generation CRS mounting system features 50 percent less components and a simplified design, resulting in faster assembly rates and labor savings on every project. Available in 5° or 10° degree tilt angles, the new CRS-G2 arrives on pallets providing easier transport to the roof. Engineered as a fully ballasted, non-penetrating system, the CRS-G2 accepts standard concrete blocks and is qualified by wind tunnel testing.
Additionally, the new CRS-G2 system features a modular design that simplifies roof layouts and allows for on site modifications. The racking assembles with a single tool and permits field adjustments for roof contour changes. The integrated grounding solution meets the UL 467 standard, and the racking components include wire management attachments for a professional installation. Similar to all CRS models, this next generation CRS features full containment ballast trays with thicker roof protection pads and an inter-connected support system to reduce stress loads on PV module frames for longer term reliability.
The CRS-G2 is the newest member of DPW Solar’s broad line of field proven solutions for roof, ground and pole mount PV solar applications.
