Freedom Forever debuts in-house AI to improve operations and support
Freedom Forever, one of the country’s largest residential solar installers, launched a new artificial intelligence (AI) assistant named Raya to help streamline project support and improve communication with its nationwide network of sales partners.
Built on the company’s proprietary CRM and operational engine, Lightspeed, Raya serves as an always-on virtual support tool—providing 24/7 phone assistance, real-time project updates, and instant ticket resolution. Freedom Forever says the tool will accelerate internal workflows, reduce project delays, and enhance the experience for sales partners and homeowners alike.

Raya starts with Lightspeed
The launch of Raya reflects a broader trend in the solar industry: integrating AI to increase transparency and reduce operational friction during the sales and installation process. And Freedom Forever has been a leader driving this trend.
The company launched Lightspeed in 2022 to manage complex operational workflows as it scaled EPC services across more than 30 states. Raya builds on that system with new AI-powered features:
